Mesonet Site
The Kwajalein Atoll mesonet consists of two automated observing stations located on the islands of Meck and Illeginni. Both sites measure temperature, dewpoint, relative humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind speed and direction, and precipitation accumulation.
An automated script interrogates a mesonet station every five minutes and downloads and displays the sensor data at the Kwajalein Weather Station and distributed operations offices.
